7. Dezember 2009 The Saarland based biotech company PomBioTech GmbH today announced that in cooperation with the German Sports University Cologne it succeeded in making a contribution to the fight against doping. Scientists from PomBioTech GmbH and from the Institute of Biochemistry of the German Sports University developed a biotechnological process for the production of a metandienon metabolite that cannot by synthesized by chemical means.
